Controller

Based on pressure sensors or thermocouples located in the cavities, the automatic hot runner balancing feature is successfully applied with our devices.
After having put the controller into service, an external control system monitors the filling behaviour in the mould and corrects the temperature setpoints for individual nozzles as required, thus adjusting the material flow. Appropriate control systems are available from various partners.
